新农村建设中培育新农民的理性透析

建设社会主义新农村是构建和谐社会的重要任务,完成该任务需要关注新型农民的培育。新型农民是建设新农村的主力军,是具有新意识、新观念、新素质、新风尚的农村劳动者。建设社会主义新农村急需大量高素质的劳动者。因此针对目前种种现状排除障碍培育新农民,不仅是时代的需要,也是现实的诉求。培育新农民首先需要政策倾斜,给予农民真正的国民待遇;其次应加强农民各种素质教育;第三应借鉴国外先进经验,为培育新型农民提供制度保障和激励机制。

Cultivation of New Farmers in New Rural Areas

The construction of new socialist rural areas is an important task in establishing a harmony society,so it is required to pay more attention to the cultivation of new farmers.New farmers are the main force and rural labor with new consciousness,new quality and new fashions in constructing the new socialist rural areas.Therefore,it is to meet the requirement of the times to cultivate new farmers under present conditions.As a result,three measures should be takes: the policy should regard farmers with real civil treatment;quality education should be strengthened as for farmers;and systematic guarantees and stimulus measures should be established to cultivate new farmers in view of foreign experiences.
