| 摘 要： | 第一次印度支那战争末期,艾森豪威尔政府拟议对奠边府战役进行直接的军事干涉,这是美国干涉越南事务的一次重大升级,也是美国对越南进行直接军事侵略的一次预演.在此期间出台的"多米诺骨牌理论",脱离客观实际,使美国最终走进了一条死胡同.研究这一时期美国的越南政策,可以使我们深刻了解美国介入越南战争的渊源以及"冷战"时期美国进行全球扩张的霸权主义行径.

| Abstract: | At the end of the First Indo-China War, Eisenhower administration planned to have direct military interference in Dienbienphu Battle. This was a great escalation of American government's interference in Vietnam affairs. It was also a preview of America's direct invasion upon Vietnam. The Dormino Theory during the period lost contact with reality so it finally led the USA into a blind alley. Studying America's Vietnam policy of the period will make us have a comprehensive understanding of the origin of the USA involving in the Vietnam War and the USA's hegemonist acts throughout the world in the Cold War. |
