摘    要:教学研同期互动模式是笔者建构的教师自主发展模式,教师的自主发展就发生在教学研同期互动模式的运行过程之中.通过这个模式揭示了教师自主发展的发生学原理.笔者试与台湾学者饶见维先生提出的教师专业发展模式论进行比较,旨在凸现教师自主发展模式的特点.

Abstract:The model of synchronous interaction of teaching,learning and researching is teacher self-development model constructed by the author,which considers that teachers'self-development happens during the implementation of the model of synchronous interaction of teaching,learning and researching.The model also reveals the genesis principle of teacher self-development.The thesis focuses on the features of teacher self-development model by using the method of comparison.
