摘    要:人才观问题是人才理论与人才培养、使用和管理实践的根本性问题.人才观与人性观是内在关联的.追问和反思人才观的人性前提及其发展的历史逻辑,是我们确立符合人与社会发展要求的新人才观的内在根据.笔者认为,我们应当立足于当代人的发展与人性革命的内在要求,确立以人为本的人才观.
