制度安排与东北亚地区贸易发展

近些年,制度安排对双边贸易关系的作用一直受到许多学者的关注.本文采用贸易引力模型,从实证角度分析验证了制度安排(APEC与图们江经济开发区和东北亚地区开发协商委员会)对东北亚国家对外出口的决定作用,并对地区内各国间的贸易潜力进行了分析.结果表明,制度安排对东北亚各国的对外出口是有影响的.加快东北亚地区经济贸易一体化,将有利于扩大各国的对外贸易,促进各国的经济发展.

The System Arrangement and the Problem of the Trade Development in Northeast Asia

In these years,the function of the system arrangement on bilateral trade relations has been paid close attention to by a lot of scholars all the time.This paper uses the trade gravitation model,and tests the function of the system arrangement(APEC,Consultative Commission for the Development of the Tumen River Economic Development Area and Northeast Asia) on the decisive action which the Northeast Asian country exports to the outside in terms of real example.The arfide also analyzes the trade potentiality among countries in Northeast Asia.The result shows that the system arrangement has some influences on the export of the countries in Northeast Asia.So accelerating the economy and trade in Northeast Asia to the all-the-one will help to expand the foreign trade among countries,and will promote the economic development of the countries in Northeast Asia.
