| 摘 要： | 笔者对2010年7月21日新设立的美国金融稳定监管委员会的主要法律制度进行了阐述,并在借鉴美国经验的基础上结合我国目前"一行三会"的金融监管体制的现状,分析了我国建立统一的金融稳定监管机构的必要性,并建议国务院增设综合的金融稳定监督委员会,负责统一协调一行三会的监管工作,并负责监测防范系统性的金融风险。
