| 摘 要： | 近 2 0年的中国政治文化发展是伴随改革开放 ,进行中国特色社会主义建设和经济、政治、文化、教育、科技等领域的改革进程曲折前进的 ,既有成就又存在问题。成就 :政治生活主题———从“以阶级斗争为纲”向民主、服务经济转变 ;国家职能———由单一政治职能向综合治理转变 ;政党功能———从统包一切向“有所不为”的执政党政治领导方式转变 ;民主观———增添了新时期的新内容 ;法治———由法律虚无主义转变为依法治国、依法办事 ;政治决策———由经验决策向科学决策的转化 ,并有决策的社会参与等等。主要问题 :主文化的政治社会化问题 ;反文化现象的遏制问题 ;公民政治文化分布不平衡问题 ;政治文化及相关学科建设严重滞后问题 |
