| 摘 要： | 拥有一支高质量的创新型人才队伍,是组织创新的关键.笔者提出了创新型潜人才的概念,并从人格特征、学习素质、思维特征、社会能力等四个方面分析了创新型人才的基本素质结构,构建出了创新型人才的素质模型;强调人格特征在创新型人才的识别、培养、利用等过程中的特殊重要作用,提出了利用16PF等测量工具将具有创新人格的潜人才鉴别出来并加以培养,使之成为我们所需要的创新型人才的新观点.
