| 摘 要： | 下岗、失业是目前我国面临的一个严峻的现实问题。加入WTO之后 ,外来竞争将日趋激烈 ,这必然会加剧我国各类企业的经济困境 ,下岗、失业的职工人数将大幅攀升。但是 ,加入WTO也会给我国带来新的契机 ,从而推动我国一些产业的发展 ,扩大对劳动力的需求。从总体上讲 ,加入WTO之后我国劳动力就业将呈现一种短缺与过剩并存的结构性失衡。从长远来看 ,如果我们积极采取应对措施 ,而且应对得当 ,新增加的就业机会将有可能大大超过失去的就业机会。

| Abstract: | The paper argues that entering WTO has both good and bad effects on Chinese economy, which will influence the employment rate of China on many aspects. And it puts forward corresponding suggestions that can solve the problem of reemployment in China, and points out that entering WTO may do good to the development of economy and increase the rate of employment of China. |
