| 摘 要： | 为促使农民政治参与的健康发展 ,针对农民政治参与中存在的政治参与形式的多样性与规范性、参政意识与参政能力、政治参与的政治性与利益性、以及政治参与中家族势力的渗入与国家凝聚力淡化之间的诸多矛盾等问题 ,应该采取更新指导思想、健全政治参与机制、加强对农民的政治文化教育等措施
