摘    要:在义务教育阶段,缩小区域间、城乡间和校际之间的办学差异,推进义务教育均衡发展,既是实现教育公平的要求,也是建设和谐社会的基本要求.为了使义务教育均衡发展落在实处,而不是仅仅停留在文件上和理论研究上,我们必须寻找一个可操作的平台,打造"标准化学校"的设想,是缩小校际差距、实现义务教育均衡发展和教育公平的最有效途径.笔者就建设"标准化学校"的必要性问题,标准化学校的标准问题以及应注意的问题等都做了尝试性探讨.

Abstract:It is our goal in pursuit of reducing the difference of school, to realize the balanced development of compulsory education and the equity of education as possible as we can. Based on this idea, we put forward the concept of building Standard School and also point out that it is the foundational strategy of balanced development for compulsory education in China. In this article, we not only expatiate the meaning of building Standard School, the situation of building Standard School, but also have some discussion on standard of Standard School. In the end of this article, we advance several suggestions in building this kind of schools.
