论参政党理论建设存在的问题及其对策

参政党理论建设是参政党建设的基础和保障。新世纪民主党派参政环境发生了深刻变化,面临前所未有的冲击和挑战。目前参政党的理论建设存在的问题包括:主动意识不强,理论建设未形成体系,理论建设中缺乏自身特色,缺乏高水平的理论研究队伍,理论建设水平与其历史地位和政治角色不适应。解决这些问题必须深入研究参政党理论建设的基本规律,转换参政党理论研究范式,积极构建参政党理论建设科学机制。

On Problems and Countermeasures in the Theoretical Construction of the Participating Parties

The theoretical construction is the basis and guarantee of the construction of participating parties.Profound changes have happened in the participating environment of Democratic Parties in the new century,so reinforcing the theoretical construction of participating parties has important strategical meaning:this is the inherent need of Marxism party theory and the multi-party cooperation,the urgent need of the development of the times,and the reasonable request of strengthening self-construction.Problems existing in the theoretical construction of participating parties include:active consciousness is not strong;theoretical construction has not formed system;the theoretical construction is short of self-character;the theoretical construction is short of a top-level research team;the standard of the theoretical construction can not adapt to its historical status and the politics role.The author think that solving these problems must deeply study the basic law of the theoretical construction,change study paradigm of participating parties theory,and construct scientific mechanism of the theoretical construction actively.
