| 摘 要： | 在国际金融危机冲击下,我国就业形势出现了许多新的特点.集中表现在:周期性失业与结构性失业同时冲击就业;东部地区稳定就业的压力巨大;中西部地区增加就业岗位的潜力巨大,安置农民工的压力也空前增大;无技能农民工就业难度加大,技能型农民工则供不应求;大学毕业生就业受增量太快和金融危机双重压力的冲击;失业结构与金融危机冲击同步,具有明显的行业特征.
