| 摘 要： | 高技术产业是国家科技创新的排头兵,也是将科学技术转化为生产力的前沿阵地,尤其是高技术产业中的大中型工业企业。大中型工业企业具有较强的规模优势、雄厚的资本实力和优质的人才储备,不仅可以提供高技术产业进行研究与试验发展(R&D)所必备的资金和人才资源,更可以将科研成果大规模地投入到生产实践之中。笔者分析了中国高科技产业大中型工业企业R&D活动的投入产出情况,运用DEA模型进行R&D效率评价,给出提高中国高科技产业大中型工业企业R&D效率的对策建议。

| Abstract: | R&D activities of China’s high-tech industry,especially the large and medium-sized enterprises,are the main force of the national scientific and technological innovation.Large and medium-sized enterprises with strong scale advantages,strong capital strength and quality of the talent pool of high-tech industry can not only provide financial and human resources necessary to carry out research and development(R&D) activities,but also can transfer more R&D achievements into productivity.The input and output of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises of Chinese high-tech industry R&D activities are analyzed.The R&D efficiency is evaluated by DEA model.And suggestions to improve the high-tech industries and medium-sized industrial enterprises R&D efficiency are given in this paper. |
