教师职前教育的理念创新与战略实现研究

摘    要:随着经济社会发展,大学生和师范大学生的就业与学习动机呈现出多元化,这些动机有许多方面不利于他们从事中小学教育.教师职前教育类课程的设置对教师专业发展也显得不够充分.面对这些问题,教师职前教育应该以"尊重的教育"、为基础教育服务和注重教育实践的理念为导向,在教师入口、实践环节、教育层次和教师资格认证等层面创新教师职前培养策略.
