| 摘 要： | 针对我国农村集体土地所有权所有体制现状及其所引发的有关土地产权问题,对集体土地所有权按土地用途进行显化,解决现实中存在的土地产权虚位问题,在此基础上进一步加强农村土地产权建设,这对于完善农村土地产权体系具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | It is proposed to distinct the uncertain bodies of rural collective land ownership by its use and strengthen the construction of rural land property rights in terms of the current rural collective land ownership institutions.This will contribute to the accomplishment of the land property rights system. |
