| 摘 要： | 本文在对我国农村金融体系现状进行分析的基础上,剖析了农村金融组织管理体系运行中存在的障碍及其原因,提出了农村金融体系建设与创新的策略,重点阐述了作为农村金融基础的农村信用社的组织管理体系的构建.
