| 摘 要： | 土地承包经营权流转已是学术界研究农村土地问题乃至＂三农＂问题的一个热点。＂土地承包经营权入股型＂农民专业合作社更受关注。本研究以浙江省为例,在对土地承包经营权作价出资农民专业合作社和＂土地承包经营权入股型＂农民专业合作社运行的法律障碍重点剖析基础上,最后提出了与＂土地承包经营权入股型＂农民专业合作社运行相关的土地承包经营权流转法律制度改革完善的建议。
