| Abstract: | Promoting the socialist democratic politics,which is the ever sticking objective of our Party,is among the most significant components of the socialist modernization in our country.State management under the leadership of the Party according to the law is the basic principle and strategy as well as the fundamental guarantee of keeping the masses as the masters of our country.Promoting sociclist democratic politics calls for the gradual perpection of our socialist legal system. State management according to the law is the apparent requirement as well as the internal reflection in building up the socialist democratic politics with Chinese features. |
