| 摘 要： | 论述了“路径依赖”的理论 ;分析了我国农村信用社制度变迁的状况及信用社改革存在“路径依赖”的原因 ;利用制度变革理论对我国农村信用社制度创新的方向进行了设计 ,并提出了相应的对策。
