| Abstract: | At first,the article introduced the experiences and lessons of developed countries during the process of agricultural surplus labors' transfer.Then,it expounded in detail the historical process of agricultural surplus labors' transfer in our country since it was found.After analyzing the problems existed in our country's agricultural surplus labors' transfer,the article exploited the experiences and lessons of developed countries,and put forward countermeasures and suggestion in the process of agricultural surplus labors' transfer in our country. |
