| 摘 要： | 《公民道德建设实施纲要》是指导我国社会主义精神文明建设的重要纲领性文件 ,《纲要》的颁布实施是以德治国的内在要求 ,社会主义市场经济健康发展的迫切需要 ,提高全民素质的基础工程。高校是公民道德建设的重要阵地 ,必须发挥其在社会道德建设中的教化作用、示范作用、辐射作用和监督作用 ,采取多种措施加强道德建设 ,教育引导大学生加强思想道德建设 ,提高道德水平 ,并在全社会大力宣传、倡导 ,推动整个社会道德建设的进步。

| Abstract: | The Executive Outlines of Citizen's Moral Construction" is the essential programmatic document in guiding our national socialist cultural and ideological progress.Its issue for enforcement is the domestic demands of ruling a country with morality,the urgent needs of developing socialist market economy healthily,the basic engineering of raising our civilian's quality.Universities occupying an important position in citizen's moral construction,must give play to the function of education and transformation,the function of teaching by demonstration,the function of radiation and the function of supervision in the socialist moral construction,by adopting various measures to strengthen moral construction,educating and directing their students to strengthen thoughts and morality construction,rasing their moral standard,and with great efforts,conducting propaganda,advocating,promoting progress of the whole social moral construction in society. |
