高校辅导员的职业能力

高校学生辅导员队伍建设如何,是关系到整个学生工作能否有效开展的关键。加强学生辅导员队伍建设,不断提高学生工作者素质,是做好高校学生思想政治工作的关键。因此高校辅导员必须具备和提升相应的职业素质,即:必须具备和提高科学判断能力,提升适应社会主义市场经济能力,应对复杂局面能力,增强依法治校能力和服务全局的能力等。

On the Vocational Ability of College Tutors

The construction of college student tutor team plays a crucial role in effectively performing all the student-centered tasks.In order to achieve satisfactory results of our tasks,to guide college students towards a positive attitude,it is of absolute importance to better our college tutor team with much stronger emphasis on the improvement of their personal qualities.College tutors therefore,are supposed to be vocationally competent and in a process of self-upgrading.They ought to equip and develop themselves in the aspects as follows:the ability to judge seientifically;the ability to adapt to the marketing economy under Chinese socialism;the ability to tackle complex situation;the ability to correct wrong doings complying with the Chinese laws and the ability to think when all comes to all,etc.
