| 摘 要： | 信息化的落后阻碍了西部农村剩余劳动力转移,受阻的劳动力滞留在农村进一步制约了经济发展,为此必须通过西部人力资源的开发,加快西部信息化的进程,以信息化的发展带动工业化、城镇化和农村产业化的发展,扩大剩余劳动力转移的空间,实现城乡一体化。

| Abstract: | The backwardness of informationization hinders the transformation of the surplus labor of the west country- sides.The labor which is detained in the countrysides restricts the develpment of the west's economy.To change this situation,we must develop the rich human resources of the west and speed up informationization,using the develop- ment of informationizaion to bring along the development of industrialization,urbanization and farming industrializa- tion,expand the space of the transformation of the surplus labor and realize integration of countryside and city. |
