| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,社会对人才素质的要求越来越高。高等职业教育如何全面推行素质教育 ,尤其是如何提高学生的职业素质是教育的关键。职业素质包专业职业素质和综合职业素质。高职院校只有转变观念 ,拓展办学目标 ,适应创业需要 ,强化学生自学能力 ,融合网络技术等 ,才能培养出具有良好职业素质的毕业生。

| Abstract: | Recent years,the requirement of society for personnel quality becomes higher and higher. How to pursue the quality education all-sidedly, especially how to improve the students' vocational quality are eucational keys. The writer considers that vocational quality includes professional vocational quality and comprehensive vocational quality. Only changing the concept, broadening the aims, strengthening students' ability to study independently, meeting the demands of pioneering work, learning the network technology and so on,can advanced vocational instituter develop the students with favourable vocational quality. |
