基于信息搜寻的物流信息组织模式研究

物流信息搜寻是托运人优化决策、调整经营计划、控制物流成本的重要依据.物流信息组织模式是否合理,会直接影响到物流配送的效率和效益.在合理解释信息搜寻与物流信息组织模式内涵的基础上,分析了物流信息搜寻行为影响因素与物流信息组织模式.为获取物流信息搜寻行为特征,以上海市210个样本数据库为基础,基于结构方程建立物流信息搜寻行为模型.物流信息搜寻的结构方程模型重点分析托运人属性、物流信息需求以及信息源因素与搜寻行为之间的关系.结果表明:高收入群体的托运人更趋向于进行物流信息搜寻；物流成本和货物在途实时状况对托运人物流信息搜寻的影响较明显；此外,在物流信息需求驱动下,托运人由于自身属性不同在信息源和搜寻行为上存在差异,托运人普遍认为进行物流信息搜寻是必要的.

A Research on Logistics Information Organization --A Mode Based on Information Search

Logistics information search is important for shippers to optimize decisions, adjust operation plan and control logistics cost. Whether the organization mode of Logistics information is reasonable or not will direct- ly affect the efficiency and effectiveness of Logistics. Based on the connotation of information search and Logis- tics information organization mode, this paper analyzes the factors of Logistics information search behavior and Logistics information organization mode. To acquire the characteristics of Logistics information search behaviors, the paper, taking as an example of Shanghai with 210 samples, establishes the Logistics information search be- haviors model based on the structural equation modeling. The relationships of interaction between personal at- tributes, logistics information demands, information resources and search behavior are presented. The findings indicate that the shippers who have high - income tend to search Logistics information. The logistics cost and goods in transit real - time condition have an obvious effect on the shipper＇ s logistics information search. More- over, driven by the Logistics information demands, there exist distinctions between different information re- sources and information search behavior resulting from the shippers＇ distinctive attributes. And the shoppers generally agree on the necessity of Logistics information search.
