摘    要:低碳经济是能达到经济发展和环境保护双赢的一种经济发展形态。本文基于低碳经济发展的进程,初步建立了低碳经济综合效益指标体系,运用该体系采用静态及比较的方法对云南省低碳经济综合效益进行了定量评价,评价结果认为云南省目前处于中高碳经济,与其他首批试点省份比较,低碳经济综合效益不高,需要及时修正低碳经济的发展思路。

Abstract:Low - carbon economy is a win - win economic development model which can help to achieve the economic development and environmental protection. Based on low carbon economic development process, this paper establishes the comprehensive low - carbon economy benefit index system. It then uses the system to make a quantitative assessment on the low carbon integrated economic profits of Yunnan Province by using static and comparative method. It reveals that Yunnan province now is in the course of high - carbon econo- my. Compared with the other first pilot provinces around the country, the comprehensive low carbon economic profit is much lower in Yunnan. It is timely impartial for us to regulate our ideas of low - carbon economy de- velopment.
