摘    要:杜绝各类工科研究生学术道德失范现象,需结合其毕业后的职业角色和工程实践活动特点,以道德哲学的致思方式寻求其学术责任养成路径:引导他们客观认识技术的负面作用和工程风险,建立起以“将公众的安全、健康和福利放在首位”为宗旨的现代工程伦理意识;驱策他们把施行负责任的工作这一道德要求变为自己内在的、自觉的伦理行为模式,主动遵行学术道德、履行职业承诺并承担相应的责任;启发他们正确认识在科研工作和工程活动中形成的多种伦理关系及相应的道德责任,并以向善的道德努力践行这些道德责任,实现践履学术责任、职业责任与工程伦理意识的统一。

Abstract:In order to put an end to immoralities of engineering graduate students in their academic studies, it is essential that educators should seek the path of training academic responsibility of engineering graduate students by means of thinking - method of moral philosophy. Meanwhile, it is important to pay attention to their professional roles and the characteristics of engineering practice after graduation. First of all, educators should guide engineering graduate students objectively recognizes the negative effects of technology and engineering risk and set up modern ethical awareness in engineering for the purpose of "putting the public safety, health and welfare in the first place. " Secondly, educators should encourage engineering graduate students to work respon- sibly and take the initiative in abiding by academic ethics and carrying out professional responsibilities. Thirdly, educators should inspire them correctly understand all kinds of ethic relations and the corresponding moral responsibilities in studying and engineering activities. Even more importantly, educators should urge them to make effort to practice responsibly. Thus, practicing academic responsibility, professional responsibility and engineering ethical awareness will reach a common understanding.
