| 摘 要： | 本文拟就国际法院裁决的遵守和执行问题进行探讨，以期对国际法的实施问题有更进一步的认识。本文依次论述了当事国遵守国际法院裁决的义务范围，当事国自觉遵守国际法院裁决的原因，联合国内针对不遵守裁决的情况而产生的执行制度，以及阻碍国际法院裁决被执行的有关因素等问题。

| Abstract: | In order to know more about the implementation of international law,this article focuses on how decisions of the International Court of Justice are complied with and are enforced.Here,four questions are involved: the obligation of the parties in the case to comply with the decisions,the reason why the parties choose to comply,the enforcement system against noncompliance within the United Nations,and the elements getting in the way of the enforcement of decisions of the International Court of Justice. |
