| 摘 要： | 艾滋病患者应该享有公民权利和一些特殊的社会权利，这既是一种法律的要求，也是一种伦理的要求。但是目前，艾滋病患者的权利保障问题并未受到足够重视，他们中的大多数都面临着社会排斥的尴尬处境，这种状况带来了社会道德的诸多困惑。只有正确认识并切实保障艾滋病患者的应有权利，才能在全社会树立正确的生命伦理观，彰显以人为本理念，维护社会伦理正义，促进社会文明进步与和谐发展。
