我国器官捐献的伦理困境及对策探析

器官移植技术为许多因器官功能衰竭而生命垂危的病人带来了健康的福音，但供体器官的严重短缺成为制约该项技术发展的瓶颈。构建切实可行的器官捐献体系是器官移植工作的不可或缺的重要环节。本文分析了我国器官捐献体系的现状，探讨了供体器官严重不足的原因，并在对国外器官捐献体系构建的经验进行总结的基础上，从营造积极的社会氛围、健全相关法规、建立器官捐献基层组织、建立全国性的遗体器官调配机制等方面阐述完善我国遗体器官捐献体系的可行路径。

On the Ethical Dilemmas and Countermeasures of the Human Organ Donation in China

The technique of human organ transplantation brings the hope for many dying patients because organs failure. However, the shortage of donated organs becomes the bottleneck of the development of organ transplantation. This article made the analysis the current status of organ donation system and the reasons for lack of donor organs and summarizes the experience of the foreign organ donation system. By create a positive social atmosphere, improve relevant laws and regulations, setting up organ donation grass -roots organizations, establishing a national organ allocation system and explained possibilities to improve our organ donation system .
