| 摘 要： | 新的时代呼唤创新人才，高校肩负着创新人才培养的重任。论述了培养创新人才的必要性和内在要求，提出了高校培养创新人才需要同时建设好校园和社会两大基本环境，并研究分析了校园和社会双重环境建设的内涵和意义，指出了良好的人才发展环境有利于创新人才培养，特别是高校培养创新人才必须共同融合校园环境和社会环境建设。
