| 摘 要： | 艾滋病病毒感染者和病人结婚权的问题不只是一个法律问题,其涉及到诸多学科的学术问题。且目前法律条例亦有失简单笼统,操作层面上问题诸多,最主要的是伦理问题、医学问题以及由此引起的艾滋病防控问题。保护艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的结婚权不仅能得到伦理学、医学的辩护,而且还有助于控制艾滋病的传播蔓延。

| Abstract: | The marriage right of HIV carriers and AIDS patients is not only a legal issue,but also related to many academic disciplines.And the related legal regulations have such issues as extreme simplisticity,operational problems,especially the ethical and medical problems,and the AIDS prevention and control.Protecting the marriage right of HIV carriers and AIDS patients will be defended from ethical and medical standpoint,and help to control the spread of AIDS as well. |
