| 摘 要： | 向国外派出留学人员是我们培养人才,提高师资队伍素质,促进学校发展的重要途径之一,然而,部分留学人员滞留国外不可避免地造成了学校人才的流失。我们应主动采取一些积极措施,改进留学人员回校工作的环境,改进用人机制,吸引更多的留学人员回校服务。

| Abstract: | Study abroad program serves as an important way to foster more talents, heighten their ability and spur the development of the universities. However, the staying abroad of some faculty definitely leads to a brain drain to the universities. Taking actions and making necessary changes to our present mechanism are a must for us to create enjoyable living and working conditions for the returned talents and finally to lure them back. . |
