| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey of "status of college student's career planning",the paper describes the problems such as planning awareness and cognitive levels of college students,and career planning guidance services to colleges at career planning.The paper proposes the measures for those existing problems to cultivate their own capabilities,strengthening teacher construction,building the "five-in-one" education system and the construction of long-term response mechanism. |
