关于泛东南亚旅游协作区建设的构想

以中国-东盟自由贸易区建设为背景,从世界旅游业发展趋势和旅游区域合作的角度,对泛东南亚旅游协作问题进行了研究。文章指出,目前世界旅游业发展的一个重要趋势是国际旅游客流量的重心向亚太地区转移,中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立进程,为泛东南亚旅游业的发展创造了不容错过的机遇。本文提出了"泛东南亚旅游协作区"这一新概念,探讨了泛东南亚旅游协作区建设的必要性、重要性,并对泛东南亚旅游协作区建设的目标、原则、关键、主要内容等方面提出了一系列构想,对中国-东盟自由贸易区建设和泛东南亚地区的旅游合作具有积极的理论意义和现实意义。

Conception about the Construction of Pan-Southeast Asia Tourist Cooperation Area

Based on the background of construction of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,the issue of Pan-Southeast Asia Tourist Cooperation is discussed in this paper from the perspective of world tourism development tendency and regional Tourist Cooperation.It is pointed out that presently an important tendency of world tourism development is the core shift of international tourists to the Asia-Pacific region,and the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area creates great opportunities for the tourism development of Pan-Southeast Asia.In this paper,the concept of "Pan-Southeast Asia Tourist Cooperation Area" is proposed and a series of conceptions covering the objects,targets,keys and main content of the construction of Pan-Southeast Asia Tourist Cooperation area are brought forward,which have positive theoretical and practical significance in the construction of China-ASEAN and the Tourist Cooperation in Pan-Southeast Asia Region.
