| 摘 要： | 遗嘱形式规则是遗嘱继承制度中的重要内容。我国现行法中的遗嘱形式规则中，自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、公证遗嘱、录音遗嘱和特别遗嘱等订立方式规定存在不足，遗嘱形式的严格性要求过高，应当针对这些情况，对症下药，予以完善。
