| 摘 要： | 高等教育改革的重点在于培养学生的创新能力，而民事诉讼法教学的现状已不能满足高教改革的需要，缺陷非常明显。展望未来，民事诉讼法教学应立足于向学生传授交叉学科的知识、鼓励学生创造性地参与教学、加强学生实践能力的培养及丰富教学手段等多个方面，力求加大民事诉讼法教学改革力度，实现既定的教学目标。

| Abstract: | The focus of the reform of higher education is to develop students' innovative ability.The teaching of Civil Procedure Law(CPL) can not meet the needs of higher education reform.In the future,the CPL teaching should be geared to teaching students the inter-disciplinary knowledge,encouraging students to participate in the teaching in creative ways,enhancing students practical ability and enriching the means to teach CPL,etc.Only by doing so can we deepen the CPL teaching reform and realize the desired object... |
