云南少数民族文化多样性的存在,不仅没有成为人们相互联系的阻力,反而成为增进不同民族之间、不同语言系统之间、不同宗教信仰之间相互了解的潜在资源与内在动力,对人与人、人与社会、人与自然、人自身的和谐发展产生内推力。云南少数民族文化多样性促进了各民族文化的发展,人与自然的和谐共生,还成为经济和谐发展的思想源泉和推动力,成为民族平等和保障人权的基础。民族文化的多样性蕴含的传统知识和智慧有利于构建和谐社会。

On the Interaction Relationship between the Diversity of Ethnic Cultures and the Construction of a Harmonious Society

The diversity of Yunnan's minority cultures is the external representation of harmonious culture,which is the potential resource and motive force for mutual communication between different ethnic groups,different languages and different religions and for the harmonious development between man and society,between man and nature and among humans themselves.Besides,it is the foundation for the harmonious development of ethnic economy and democratic politics,the ethnic equality and human rights.Its traditional knowledge and wisdom can help the building of our harmonious society.
