| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种善待地球的经济发展新模式,是一种生态经济。云南农业要发展循环经济,应采取进行广泛的生态文化宣传;大力推行农业清洁生产;加快生态农业的发展,形成新型综合农业体系;重视农业循环经济的技术研发与创新,推进循环经济发展;建立和完善促进循环经济发展的政策和法规体系的对策与措施。

| Abstract: | Circular economy is a new earth-friendly model of economic development and an ecologic economy.The development of circular economy for Yunnan agriculture relies on the following: strengthening the popularizing of ecologic culture,encouraging the green agricultural production,quickening the development of ecologic agriculture and technologic research,establishing new models of comprehensive agricultural ecology,and offering better policies and laws. |
