| 摘 要： | 自20世纪80年代以来,伴随着发展中国家城市化和现代化进程的推进,流浪儿童问题引起人们的关注.儿童流浪的原因是多种多样的,涉及贫困、家庭问题、虐待、失散、拐卖、升学压力等.目前我国对流浪儿童的救助、保护模式和教育机制有街头救助、"类家庭"、"大房子"、"全天侯救助点"等,流浪儿童救助保护制度与模式还有待完善.
