| 摘 要： | "十五"以来,云南的农业农村工作在遏制下滑、止跌回升的进程中,保持了良好的发展势头,为全省国民经济持续健康发展和社会和谐进步奠定了坚实的基础.但与全国发展情况相比和从"十一五"所面临的形势来看,云南农业仍面临着很多突出问题,存在较大的压力和挑战.尤其要从战略和全局的高度出发,对事关云南全省经济社会协调发展的农业领域的八大工程进一步加大力度、实施突破,使云南省"十一五"期间的社会主义新农村建设在山川秀美、环境清洁、繁荣富裕、平安和谐等方面取得更加显著的成绩,为可持续发展奠定坚实的基础.

| Abstract: | Since the 10th Five-year Plan was carried out,the poor work concerning agriculture and the countryside in Yunnan has been improving,which is a solid foundation for a healthy and harmonious socio-economic development of Yunnan.However,taking the overall situation of China and the tasks of the 11th Five-year Plan into consideration,the agriculture of Yunnan has quite a few serious problems and much pressure as well as challenges,which should arouse our concern.Thus,we should have a strategic,ecological and overall consideration and seriously carry out the eight key agricultural projects in Yunnan and maintain a sustainable and harmonious development in the new socialist countryside. |
