| 摘 要： | 北魏分立为东、西魏时,东魏继承了北魏和六镇鲜卑的大部,在军事上处于优势.为了弥补劣势,西魏北周的军队构成发生了转变,变成以汉人步兵为主力.在北朝,步兵战胜骑兵的战术也在不断成熟,为西魏北周的军事变革所汲取.北周在成功的完成军事变革后,在军事上取得优势.这一遗产也为隋、唐初所承继,由此可以说明这一时期北周、隋、唐初在军事上取得优势的原因.
