| 摘 要： | 我国现代物流产业正处在高速发展的阶段,现代物流产业融资的现状是物流基础设施资金需求大、投资回收慢且周期长,融资渠道单一,融资管理网络建设不够完善。融资难问题严重制约着物流产业的发展,可以通过开发性金融通过入股及通过"两台一组"模式,构建物流企业贷款平台等多种方式。
