| Abstract: | Enterprise group, as a combined entity, has att ra cted the attention of the scholars concerned at home and from abroad. The strate gy of this enterprise group and its competitive edge have become the powerful pr opeller of the local economic development. Through a study of the formation syst em of the enterprise group, the author analyzes Yunnan enterprise group of bio-r esources and their strong points and comparative advantages, and brings up some suggestions for their further development. |
