少数族裔文化传播困境与美国华裔文化认同之新变

以华裔美国文学为例,在现代多民族国家如美国社会之多元文化主义背景下少数族裔———华裔美国人文化认同复杂新变。盎格鲁萨克逊文化主导之下的文化多元主义并没有为少数族裔文化的保留和发展提供合适的空间,族裔文化共同体传播的乏力和美国个体主义的流行,使得少数族裔文化在开放时代迅速零碎化、民俗化、边缘化,在美国华裔文学中华裔文化民族主义理想伸张艰难。

The Diffusion Dilemma of Minority Cultures and the New Identity of Chinese American Literature

Based on a study of Chinese American literature and its cultural status,this paper expounds the new and complicated changes of the cultural identity of Chinese Americans as the representative of the minority groups in such contemporary multi-national countries with cultural pluralism as USA.Cultural pluralism dominated by Anglo-Saxon culture does not provide some suitable space for the maintenance and development of minority cultures.The poor diffusion of all minority cultures as a whole and the popularity of American individualism have resulted in the disintegration,folkishness and marginalization of minority cultures in the age of opening to the outside,which leads to much difficulty in popularizing their ideal of Chinese culture and nationalism.
