区块链在精准扶贫脱贫中应用研究

精准扶贫到了脱贫攻坚决胜阶段,在分析了现阶段精准扶贫存在问题的基础上,结合区块链的技术特点来研究区块链与精准扶贫脱贫融合应用的可行性,通过精准扶贫和区块链的适应性特点,设计构建了基础层、业务层和治理层,进行了创新性融合区块链精准扶贫与乡村振兴综合平台体系。同时对区块链与脱贫后时代的乡村振兴战略和数字乡村战略深度融合发展趋势和乡村治理体系与治理能力现代化的对接融合应用进行了展望。

Application of the Blockchain to Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Targeted poverty alleviation has reached a decisive stage for poverty eradication.Based on the analysis of the existing problems of targeted poverty alleviation at the present stage,and combined with the technical characteristics of the blockchain,the feasibility of the integrated application of the blockchain and targeted poverty alleviation is studied.With a consideration of the adaptive characteristics of the blockchain and the targeted poverty alleviation,this paper designs and builds a platform system that integrates the blockchain with poverty alleviation and rural revitalization at the basic level,the business level and the governance level respectively.At the same time,it predicts the trend of the deep integration of the rural revitalization strategy and the digital village strategy in the post-poverty era as well as the modernization of the rural governance system and capabilities.
