| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业工作是社会关注的热点,关系到改革、发展、稳定的大局,是高校人才培养和办学水平的综合体现。在我国高等教育大众化和高校毕业机制改革的新的历史时期,必须高度重视毕业生就业工作,将其与教育、教学同等对待,始终坚持以市场为导向,积极探索符合社会发展和市场需求的人才培养模式,提高学生的综合素质和市场竞争能力,创建一套科学有效的高校毕业生就业工作新体系,努力实现我国高等教育的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The employment of college-graduates is the focus of the society, which is related to the overall situation of our reform, development and stability and is also the embodiment of the integrated level of a university. In the new period when China's higher education is oriented at mass-education, we should attach the same importance to their employment as teaching and education by following the market needs. The innovation of the employment system for producing qualified graduates will ensure a big-leap and sustainable development of China's higher education and guarantee a healthy talent market for building China into a well-off society for all. |
