| 摘 要： | 文章指出社会主义既是一种科学的理论体系、先进的社会制度 ,也是一种崇高的伦理道德价值体系。它始终把人的自由全面发展作为自己的最高价值目标。为人民服务作为社会主义道德建设的核心 ,是社会主义社会经济、政治、文化发展的客观要求 ,是使其发展真正能够成为推动和促进人的自由全面发展的价值规定和保证。“以德治国”正是从这种客观要求和价值规定中必然引申出来的社会主义社会的治国方略。

| Abstract: | Socialism, a scientific theory and an advanced socialist system, is also a sublime moral system. Its final value-oriented goal is the free and comprehensive development of mankind. To serve the people is the core of the construction of socialist morals and the objective demand of the economic, political and cultural development of socialism as well as the motive force and guarantee for such a development. "Managing the state by the rule of virtue" is the socialist strategy for managing the state resulting from the above-mentioned conditions. |
