少数民族传统文化转型与文化遗产保护的思考

传统文化和民族文化遗产密不可分,但不是一回事。传统文化是一个民族历史上创造的文化的总和,而文化遗产是传统文化中传承下来的最精华部分,是各民族历史上遗留下来的值得保护的物质财富和精神财富。传统文化可以变异、创新、重构,但遗产却只能保护其原有形态,不能重新创造。继承少数民族优秀的传统文化,最重要的是抢救和保护少数民族文化遗产。

On the Transformation of the Traditional Minority Culture and the Protection of their Cultural Heritages

Though traditional culture and the ethnic cultural heritage are closely related, they are not the same. Traditional culture is the total culture created by an ethnic group in history while its cultural heritage, either material or spiritual, is its cream, which deserves protection. Traditional culture will develop, reconstruct or transform while the cultural heritage can only be protected because it can not be recreated. The inheritance of the fine traditional minority culture relies mainly on the protection of their cultural heritages.
